[ome-users] Postdoctoral Fellow - Large-scale Spatial Transcriptomics

Dear All,

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to work in the area of spatial transcriptomics and high-throughput imaging. The position will be based in the laboratory of John Marioni at the EMBL-EBI and will work closely with the groups of Leopold Parts and Omer Bayraktar at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. The methods developed will be applied to data generated as part of the international Human Cell Atlas <https://www.ebi.ac.uk/about/jobs/human-cell-atlas-opportunities> project.
