[ome-users] Bug report: Cannot open jp2 file created by StereoInvestigator

Dear Roger,

Thank you again. I've also confirmed that the jp2 file can be opened 
successfully with R2017a (Win).

For the time being, I'll work around with R2017a. Looks like a patch is 
required to support R2017b.
