We are aware of the problems with the data from the Elyra systems, and a ticket has already been filed on this regard,

Subject: [ome-users] problem opening Elyra CZI file

Hello,

I have problems opening a CZI file which was generated on an Elyra microscope. It should be a two channel time series with 3000 time points, but I get only a single frame (two channels).

There are no error messages, just a few warnings:

[WARN] Unknown DetectorType value 'Camera' will be stored as "Other"
[WARN] Unknown DetectorType value 'Camera' will be stored as "Other"
[WARN] Unknown DetectorType value 'Camera' will be stored as "Other"

I have just uploaded the file.
