[ome-users] OMERO/CellProfiler error

Dear Laurent,

Thank you for letting us know of the difficulty Bio-Formats is having
within your OMERO with delivering pixel data from the plates. Is there
some way you could provide us the problem plates, e.g., via
http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/ ?  Also, which version of
OMERO (and anything else relevant) are you using? It would be great if
you could also upload to us the CSV and anything else from your user
that might include the necessary clues.
