[ome-users] jicbioimage: a tool for automated and reproducible bioimage analysis

Dear OME team/users,

For the past year or so we have been working on a Python package to make it easier to created automated and reproducible bioimage analysis.

The paper describing the tool was published in PeerJ today. :)

The tool makes heavy use of "bfconvert" so we would like to thank the OME team for their great work.
