[ome-users] FEI MORE tf8 files sorted to Orphaned Images

Hi Dominik,

thanks for investigating. We have noticed this also for "regular" (i.e.
non-BigTIFF) TIFF files, although not for all of them iirc.

Right now I'm suspecting all of the files causing this problem to be
created with FEI's "LA" (Live Acquisition) software on our MORE system,
but I'm not completely sure about this.

Cheers,
Niko

I opened a ticket for now: https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/13243 I'll have to dig in a bit more, to find out what's causing this behaviour. It seems to be specific for the tf8 files, can't replicate with other formats.
