Hi,

Thank you for reporting your issue.

It would be great if you could upload a few sample images(one single channel and one multichannel image) to the QA server,
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/

This would help us troubleshoot the issue in better detail.

Best,
Balaji

Subject: [ome-users] Czi image using Bio-Format/FIJI

Good morning all.
We are trying to open with FIJI some files that have been produced with Zen Blue and are
saved as .czi. Single channel files open well but multi fail to open (36 bits, RVB).
FIJI and the Bio-format plugin are up to date.
