[ome-users] Modifying Ice.MessageSizeMax

Hello,

I'm getting an exception with OMERO.server 5.2.0 being unable to pull 
more than 64MiB of data. I've tried changing this in

etc/templates/grid/templates.xml

and

etc/templates/ice.config

then restarting with

bin/omero admin restart

with no recourse.

What is the right way to achieve this?
