Dear All,
today we're releasing Orbit 2.43 which makes use of Bioformats 5.3.0 and
thus enables support for CZI files with JPEG-XR compression.
@ Glencoe Software and ZEISS: Thanks a lot for that great collaboration!
With Orbit 2.43 you can open multi image series, via Omero and also form
local file, e.g. for VSI files, you can also open the nested ETS files
directly.

Orbit is a whole slide imaging (WSI) tool for tissue quantification, object
segmentation and classification and has sophisticated scripting
capabilities.
It can connect to an Omero server and make use of a Spark scaleout
infrastructure.
Regards,
Manuel
