[ome-users] ndpi file pixels are not read correctly

Hi

this is to report that the bio-formats reader seems to mix up the pixels when reading certain series (magnifications) of the Hamamatsu NDPI files. A screen shot of the pixel pattern can be found here:

To reproduce: 
Plugins > Bio-Formats > Bio-Formats Importer
(Hyperstack, XYCZT, split channels)
select series 2 (the others are read correctly)
