[ome-users] virtual image dosen't index the planes right

Hi David

the problem was actually not the opening but rather exporting it afterwards. So the resulting ome.tif stack had all the same planes. Sorry I wasn’t clear on that in the initial report. However I can’t reproduce it anymore either. I discovered the problem when doing a deconvolution on such a stack that I manually converted from ndpi to ome.tif a couple of weeks ago. But since then I updated Bio-Formats and in one of the recent releases there was a fix for some indexing problem. 
I guess we just forget I ever wrote this bug report.
