[ome-users] NEF import failure

Hi,

I seem to be unable to properly import NEFs from a Nikon D300S. I tried to attach an example NEF with its JPG, but your mail server does not allow those file sizes. Any attempt to import the NEF results in a "static noise" image.

I tried the import - RAW option, as well as Bio-formats import options (version 5.1.2), playing around with the settings. When I use the standard "file-open" option, it only extracts the thumbnail and shows that instead.

I hope you can help me out.
