[ome-users] Loading CZI File not working

This is the original bug decription on Fiji´s bugzilla, but somehow the
HTML attachment got scrubbed, when Flaviu was sending this to the OME list.

it seems that Fiji (Bio-formats) can’t read our czi File and right now
we have no idea why.
We get the follow error message:

So the question would be what is the difference between the two Images
that is causing the problem?
