No that’s fine. Just a misconception on my part. I’d been assuming that it was FLIM when testing.

Re the file that you uploaded in March: - z-TC-for Loci.msr
Can I ask you whether this is a FLIM z-stack or non-FLIM ?
There seems to be no indication in the file of this.

For example The InstrumentMode="Single-Beam Ti:Sa”
& the units of time are given as S rather than ns.
