Dear Matthew,
Thanks for reporting this and uploading an example image. I've opened a
ticket for the issue and CCd you on it
(https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/12214). I've added some
information on the ticket about where I think the problem may lie, but
this will require a bit more investigation on our part to determine
exactly what is happening; you should get updated as we find out more.
