I'm CC'ing the ome-users mailing list, as that is the best place to ask
Bio-Formats questions.

No, this hasn't been implemented yet unfortunately.  We're in the
process of updating our QA system, at which point we should be able to
reevaluate when and how to accomplish ticket #4089.  If you would like
to be CC'd on that ticket, please let me know.
