Hi Roger,
I've uploaded a sample .nd2 file containing 15 frames (and a single
z-plane) and a screenshot from matlab showing the exchanged values after
reading the metadata. Consequently, it's impossible to read all the frames
from the file and only one frame is read into the matlab variable instead
of 15. (images url:
