[ome-users] lot of files - one image

Hello,

Let's say I am doing a long time lapse (maybe z-stack too) with many images on a Zeiss confocal. Typically, the final result is one very large lsm file. However, I don't want to lose everything if the system crashes, so I save individual lsm files after every time point. Once the data is in Omero, there will actually be, let's say, 500 images. Is it possible to put all 500 of those images together into one image so it can be displayed and/or downloaded as one file?

What I would like to do is start the import process (maybe using dropbox?) during the acquisition, so everything is already in Omero when the imaging is finished.
