I downloaded it from:
http://cvs.openmicroscopy.org.uk/snapshots/omero/OMERO.clients-Beta4.3.1.linux.zip

No, I just wrote the JNLP files for starting it as webstart. I used the jar
files from the above download.

 I tried OmeroImporter.jar. I had a look inside, it doesn't contain the
class MacOSMenuHandler.
