[ome-users] Trouble installing 4.2 (a.k.a. deadlock between OMERO and ICE 3.4.1)

Hi Mario,

there have been some sites which have managed to have at least a few
components running under Ice 3.4 mostly by accident, but as far as I
know, the entire OMERO platform has never been completely tested on
3.4, and it's certainly not something we can support. That being said,
the error you are getting looks to be more an issue between your
Python and Ice installations, not an OMERO/Ice issue. What does
'bin/omero admin diagnostics' say?
