[ome-users] 4.2 upgrade

Hi,

I get the following message when trying to upgrade from 4.1 -> 4.2:

ERROR ON omero_41_check:
Your database has data which is incompatible with 4.2 and will need to be manually updated
Contact ome-users at lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk for help adjusting your data.

This follows various "User removed from group" messages.

The log file is about 6MB. Can I send it to someone off-list to take a look? Would be much appreciated.
