[ome-users] Importer Error

The importer cannot retrieve one of your images in a timely manner.
The file in question is: XXXXXXX

There are a number of reasons you may see this error:
- The file has been deleted.
- There was a networking error retrieving a remotely saved file.
- An archived file has not been fully retrieved from backup.
The importer should now continue with the remainer of your imports.

I'm receiving this error sometimes during imports on a machine I have.  Does anyone know how to start troubleshooting this?
