Sorry for my delay to answer.

Your error says:
Request URL: http://psbtb03.nottingham.ac.uk/webclient/share/create/  
Exception
Type: KeyError
Exception Value: 'wsgi.url_scheme'


Unfortunately 'wsgi.url_scheme' is not available under mod_python. To  
avoid that problem in your /home/omero/omero_dist/lib/python/ 
omeroweb/ directory please configure the following in settings.py:

129	# APPLICATION_HOST='http://www.domain.com:80'
