 Very possible. We've had issues with pynotify on various platforms
 and with various python versions. We'll look into your combination.

Nope. Don't worry about the diagnostics issue. It's just a mistake on
our part.

Hmmm..... could you try stopping your server, moving or deleting the
"var/log" directory, and restarting? You would then have a clean view
of what's going on. If there is still anything that seems troubling,
feel free to send it (on or off list). But the two you mention aren't
critical:

This says you tried to run "bin/omero admin start" while the server
was already running.

This is a bizarre Java issue, which unfortunately we can't get rid
