[ome-users] Omero4 installation - [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Hi Chris,

The problem was I installed the Ice libraries but not the actual binaries 
(your request for output reminded me of that), so it is working now. 

You might want to add Ice to the prerequisites in the install instructions. It 
is listed in the Getting Started page, but not in the instructions, as far as 
I could tell.
