[ome-users] Webadmin setting user details.

Dear All

In webadmin
As the root user I want to add e-mail details and Institution details to a
user who have authenticated themselves on the system using ldap.  I can
change their default group, but not anything else, is there a way to do
this?

Is there a way on the website of editing the "Page not found. (404)" page
I would rather like to put something more locally descriptive
