[ome-users] Cannot Initialize the Django settings database (fwd)

Yes, the database file exists.
Renamed the database file to db.sqlite.old
Ran:
sudo -u apache_user PYTHONPATH=/home/omero/omero_dist/lib/python/ python 
manage.py syncdb

again. This time the tables were created and the prompts appeared.
Entered Omero as the user name (not apache_name).
Configured mod_python (by appending the text to the end of httpd.conf and 
removed the 4.0.1 PythonPath statement).

.../webadmin
.../webclient

now work.
