[ome-users] Error while installing OME Server. Problem in CoreDatabaseTablesTask module.

Hi Chris,
I tried giving the ipaddress instead of hostname during the installation. Still I am getting the same error.
The hostname slis28.gws.uky.edu is correctly mapped to my ipaddress. (Verified in /etc/hosts).

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks & Regards,
Sriram.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.
The URL http://slis28.gws.uky.edu/cgi-bin/omeis is not opening in the browser.
Only the login page gets displayed.
Is it looking for any specific file which is missing or the path is not clear?
Could you please assist me in this?

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks & Regards,
Sriram.

Hi Sriram,

You've either got a misconfigured hostname, bad name resolution or
something wrong in /etc/hosts.

In short http://slis28.gws.uky.edu/cgi-bin/omeis is not resolving
correctly, can you check the above and see what might be the problem?

Ciao.
