Yes. All upgrades have to be applied in order. So looking at:

follow the instructions in each of the sections:

  # 3.0-Beta2 to 3.0-Beta2.2
  # 3.0-Beta2.2 to 3.0-Beta2.3
  # 3.0-Beta2.3 to Beta3.0
  # Beta3.0 OR Beta3.0.1 to Beta3.1

(depending on how far you have to go back).
