[ome-users] importer and insight do not login

Hi Karl,
The error message you're getting sure sounds like an incompatibility
between the client and server. Out of curiosity can you try and
connect to the server using the exact same client version (so if you
have a 3.1.1 server, try connecting to it with a 3.1.1 client).
