[ome-users] Again cannot connect to WebAdmin after 3.2 upgrade

Wew! It works!
Could this step be added to the documentation?
The http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/wiki/OmeroUpgrade page lists this step only 
for 2.3 -> 3.0 upgrade.
