[ome-users] creating new users

Hi,

Sorry if this is documented somewhere, but I'm having trouble creating
new OME users. I used "ome admin users add" to add a user, but when I
try to log in to the web interface it says "The username or password
you entered didn't match an experimenter in the system." What other
steps do I need to take? Do I need to make a postgres user with the
same name? Do I need to make a Unix user with the same name? Do I need
to do anything else?
