[ome-users] no login at IE7

Hi Mi,

The server OS is Ubuntu Dapper Drake. Client OS is Windows XP with SP2
and latest updates, IE is 7.0.5730.11. Server is running Apache 2.0.55
with perl 5.8.7 and mod_perl 2.0.2. CGI version is 3.10. I do not have
CGI::Session installed.
