[ome-users] Installing on RedHat 4 ES

We are finally trying to install OME on RedHat 4 ES and finding that I
am getting an error while installing GD:

If you experience compile problems, please check the @INC, @LIBPATH and @LIBS
arrays defined in Makefile.PL and manually adjust, if necessary.

Above could be related to the fact that I was not able to get
following modules installed on the RH4:
 perl-CPAN
 perl-TermReadKey
 perl-Parse-RecDescent
 per-inline

Please help.
