[ome-users] Thumbnail/Image display on remote machines

Yes, your OMEIS repository URL is not set up properly.  You can  
change most configuration parameters after the fact like so:
sudo ome admin configure
(sudo is because ome admin configure requires you to be root)
Change the URL to be something like:
http://my.host.com/cgi-bin/omeis
