Use the -f parameter in ome execute to force the chain to re-execute  
all modules. One of OME's features is results-reuse -- a good thing!  
This means that if OME executed a module with the same parameters  
before then it re-uses the module's previous results instead of  
recomputing.

Yes please! RC3 might even be 2.6.0!
