[ome-users] ApacheConfigTask.pm from CVS

I finally gave up on using apache2.   There were problems
in the /usr/share/perl/5.8/CGI.pm not properly sensing the mod_perl
extension (line 191) and looking for the Apache (1) module.

This may be configuration problem, but a simple perl script
dumping the environment parameters had no record of MOD_PERL etc...
though after enabling the server-status page, I could see
that mod_perl (1.9999xxx) was being loaded.

After removing apache2 and replacing it with apache 1.3,
the installation went smoothly.
