I managed  to connect using
 user: tester5 with pw: tester 

When you connect, we check the version of OMEDS
and the control is done for OMEDS version: 2.2.1
You need to modify the values of the static fields:
MAJOR_OMEDS_VERSION
MINOR_OMEDS_VERSION
PATCH_OMEDS_VERSION
 in org.openmicroscopy.shoola.env.data.OMEDSGateway
