Hi Neil,

Thanks for sending the error logs, this is not an error we have seen before but it looks as though some of the metadata has been parsed incorrectly.
If the file is under 2GB you can upload it to https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/ for us to test further, if not we can arrange ftp credentials to send larger files.
