[ome-devel] OMERO Webgateway color inversion

Dear OMERO developers,

We are interested in reversing the color scheme of images as sometimes 
users deposit to us images with a negative contrast. The inversion can 
be done client-side, however the browser support of the CSS 
implementation is lacking and the Javascript solution is not feasible 
due to CORS restrictions. The optimal way would be to do this 
server-side. Please could you tell if it would be possible for you to 
implement the reversion of colors in Webgateway views render_image and 
render_image_region? Perhaps as a switch that can be set in the call to 
server that would invert the colors of the resulting image?
