[ome-devel] Attention: Change of Reply-To on mailing list

Both the ome-users and ome-devel will now set Reply-To to the mailing
list itself. We've made the change since there have been a number of
cases where someone has used "Reply" and the response didn't go to
everyone.

If you intend to send a private email to someone on the team, you'll
need to either copy and paste the address, or use Reply-All and delete
the list manually.

However, **please** only use private emails when absolutely necessary.
Each private email places an undue communication burden on that member
of the team and fragments the overall conversation for the community.
