[ome-devel] Errors in map-density range normalisation

Thanks for reporting the issue and submitting the files
It looks like a problem in the way we are rendering floating point data.
We are currently investigating the problem and should have a fix in the next coming release
Just to be sure, which version of the server are you using?

Dear OMERO developers,

We are experimenting some errors related with the greyscale normalisation of the images, when changing the min slider in entry EMD-3027 you can notice them:

The background is switching from black to white, this happens in many other situations and is blocking our application to be released into production:

In many other cases white dots appear, but should be black, like EMD-1057, with 15 white dots that should be black instead of white:

This are calls to render_image_region but changing jpeg compression quality, it happens also with "render_image" web gateway call which we did not modify.


Can you check these errors please?
