[ome-devel] 4.1 Database

I've just commited to trunk the 4.1 database (identical to the latest
dev version), which means for working with trunk you will need to
either:

 * create a new database
 * manually change the version number in the dbpatch table.

We still have testing to do on the 4.0-to-4.1 upgrade script, but if it
succeeds, then you will have a working 4.1 database. Note: this is for
4.1-developers. Users should wait for release instructions including
backup procedures!
