OMERO.web is a RIA uses Django, a high-level Python Web framework  
http://www.djangoproject.com/, jQuery a new JavaScript library and  
Ajax, to cooperate with OMERO.server. The application is available on:

http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/browser/trunk/components/ 
tools/OmeroWeb/omeroweb

Also you can look at the old administration panel OMERO.WebAdmin uses  
JSF, a Java-based Web application framework, on:

http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/browser/trunk/components/ 
tools/WebAdmin
