This has all been fixed, and the ome commander has been spruced up a
bit to make user/group management easier.
Things the commander does are now registered under a 'Administration'
MEX.
A few other sprucing ups:
* In some cases you had to specify users/groups by ID, which was
inconvenient. Now you can always specify them by ID or name.
* It was inconvenient to create a new user/group independently of the
others (i.e. a new group with its own new leader/contact). Now, when
creating a new user, you can specify a non-existent group. If you do,
you will be asked to confirm that you want to make a new group with the
specified new experimenter as its leader/contact.
* It was not possible to list all the users in a particular group, or
all the groups a particular user belongs to. This can now be done with
the users and groups lists (list users belonging to a specified group,
list groups a specified user belongs to).
* In some cases you could assign a primary group to an experimenter
without having that association in the ExperimenterGroups map. These
have been fixed now so that the group reference in experimenter is used
only to specify the primary group, while ExperimenterGroup map is used
to specify all user/group associations including the primary group.
