[ome-devel] Semantic types

Hello,

I've got a quick question about semantic type definitions in OME. Can 
semantic types only refer (via  a foreign-key reference column) to 
other semantic types, or can they refer to core data types as well? I'm 
not dying to create a semantic type that does such, but I'm just 
curious. (One example might a semantic type which defines "similar 
images" and refers to the image data table.)
