[lm-announce] Booking System Access & Cancellation Alerts

Dear All,

For security reasons the IT team will be putting the booking system behind
the department firewall, meaning that you will only be able to access it
while inside CLS or connected via lifesci VPN. Please contact us if you
have any questions about this.

Secondly, there have been a number of requests to receive email alerts
whenever a microscope booking is cancelled. We will try to set this up as
soon as possible, so could those of you who would like to opt into
receiving email alerts please let us know?
