Dear All,
Our annual IMARIS image analysis workshop will take place on Thursday 6.December 2012. Delisa Ibanez Garcia, application specialist from Bitplane, will be with us all day on Thursday to help you answer any questions with regard to image analysis using the IMARIS software or provide an introduction to new users.
We will have an introductory seminar into applications of IMARIS for image analysis in the morning (venue to be confirmed). This seminar will be very useful to get an overview over the various analysis applications that IMARIS holds. In the afternoon, Delisa will host one-to-one sessions. Please let us know if you would like to book a place for an afternoon workshop place so that we can divide people into groups based on experience/application. To make the most of the afternoon session, Delisa has advised that you submit a dataset together with a brief description of your aims. This will allow her to look into your problem beforehand so that you can make the most of your time with her.
For those of you who are not familiar with IMARIS, please browse Bitplane’s commercial webpage:

In case of any further questions, please contact me or Sam..
To request a one-to-one IMARIS analysis session with Delisa, please reply to this mail.
Markus and Sam
