[lm-announce] Spinlock queue

Dear Colleagues

It seems spinlock is not submitting jobs to the cluster and jobs are getting stuck in a growing queue. The developer is currently looking at the problem and more information will be posted. Whilst the issue is being sorted, i would advise you to stop submitting further jobs.
