[lm-announce] IMPORTANT: LMF file servers

** High Priority **

The LMF file system precautionary consistency check has revealed some inconsistencies. These have now been fixed and the file system is available again as normal.

The checks have completed much faster than anticipated, most likely due to the upgrades to the system that we made during the last Christmas break.
